We've known this for a year or two now
Nintendo has done nothing for me since gamecube. That said NIntendo still has a chance to someone make me reconsider the switch at a big discount if I get n64 vibes from the game selection...and so far the game selection is crap, the battery life is crap, their policies are crap. I might as well just stick to sony and pc gaming.

No, they have done great. Remote play is and will still be a future big feature of gaming. Its a great feature. And when you think of 'portability' remote play > switch. (if thats all you're thinking about because 2+ cycles from now we'll probably be able to have 2 controllers connected to one phone playing multiplayer with remote play.
Its not even that big of a deal to me so how to you think the switch portability appeals to me...not that special...goo...
