Because minecraft didnt have all that stuff planned. Hello Games had this planned but didnt have enough time to put it all together, plus they have to fix bugs. So yea, its more logical for them to fix stuff before releasing something when they dont want to delay it further. There was time to awe at the game, now the real fun starts

I know the game has always been gritty, but its NOTHING compared to hollywood gritty, and the graphics really arent as rugged as other AAA ps4 dev technology so you lost me there, not sure how much you keep up with games but Killzone without a doubt can be MUCH MORE gritty, dark, and have better graphics. Show me what you think killzone 'gritty' looks like...

nobody cares bout HL3 anymore. to many awesome games coming out, nobody is waitinf on this game any more. the jokes are funny anymore, everyone is too busy with everything else. Even if it did come out the way people review stuff these days itd probably get less than a 8/10 plus expectations.

Nope, deadlines, contracts, etc.... plus the planned dlc updates from the gitgo, they knew they would bounce back. They just didnt know how many ignorant people and trolls would be hating on the game....

Ooooor people not being ignorant would have helped.... Clearly if you read up on things you would see how this game was built to be updated just like minecraft. Thats funny, No Mans Sky is ALSO still in development..... You can play both now and both are getting updates, im not buying SC though because I dont know if the company will stay afloat. Sony has Hello Games back and they talk to each other.
PlayStation and PC have their version of minecraft now with NMS. updates updates and more updates!
