Come to think of it, I've never even seen dante get dirty in any of the 4 games.
I'm pretty sure dantes immortal, on top of that I'm pretty sure kratos can die in cut scenes if he gets stabbed a few times. From what played and seen of dante in devil may cry games, the dude can get stabbed, shot, what ever...and still wont die, doesn't even effect him, he just pulls the shit out of him with no wounds what so ever.
