and Suikoden.
there goes my hope of suikoden's revival.
Damn, it's sad as hell.
Now I'm gonna be wondering in sadness everytime Silent Hill name is mentioned, just imagine what could've been done to this series.
meh, I bought WiiU specifically for this game, as did many of my friends. Just because a game sales target is below that of GTA/CoD doesn't mean it's doom and gloom for them.
All these 'news reader' love to think that everything that's not on par with record breaker console/game sales means it's game over for them..
meh, a great jrpg is a great jrpg, even if it's not turn-based. Tales of series and Star Ocean series never have any turn-based battles and those're solid jprg entries. Turning away from great jrpgs because it's not turn-based is ridiculous.
if they're targeting holiday 2015 release window announcing any news of it only at TGS seems to be cutting it close though, my bet is we're gonna see a new trailer and release date at e3 and further info at TGS.
It's not that they don't want to, more like they feel obliged to hate it because those games won't come to the other console.. I'm sure they'll sing different song if all those JRPGs went multiplatform.
true.. I want to start playing Bloodborne's new game+ but haven't been able to because of monster hunter 4 ultimate, 300+ hours and still no end in sight. Not to mention the unopened Xenoblade 3ds, they said it's around 200+ hours long.. and didn't they mention next month's The Witcher 3 also have that length? my god.
is there any option to play with Japanese VO or I'm missing it?
truthfully I only play TLH halfway because I can't stand Lymle's english voice too..
true, it's one of the few games that makes me think 'fair enough, I need to git gud' instead of 'this game is unfair' everytime I died.
PS4 makes a hardcore JRPG fans like me a happy man.
I really need to stop lol, curse my friend for forcing me to buy this game.
Seriously, it's amazing how each of 14 weapon type has so much depth and different play style, I feel like playing different game everytime I tried new weapon type.
It has similar gameplay with Bloodborne too, which is a big plus for me.
It's been 1 and a half month since I bought MH4U, my first MH game ever. I've clocked around 280 hours into that game, that's how much addictive that game is...
Don't buy it, it's like a crack.. especially if you have friends who play it too.
Throw in Chrono Break, Legend of Dragoon, and Suikoden to the mix and I'm good.. actually I'm great if it comes true, please come true.
@devilogrefish: yes, they're the developers, square enix is the publisher.
PS4 is still my console of choice but after recently buying new 3ds xl I regret not buying it sooner, nintendo really nails the handheld field.
The less toxic players also a big plus, been getting nice help from MH4U and SoS online players.
Just how hard is it to not make a clickbait title, seriously?
Besides, surely you know that making a clickbait title will have its consequences? Why all the whining then, were you make it not ready to take all the consequences?
Just make a normal non-clickbait title if you can't take being salty because people mock the clickbait phrase. After all, that's how the site present itself to the people, can you blame people for not taking the extra mile to justify th...
lol, where's this "elsewhere" you said?
Dare you mention it or it's just some salty reply that'll be replied with yet another "intelligent"-but-sa lty reply with no actual mention of this "elsewhere"?
Also, the "please read the article without judging it based on the title" thing? Yeah, maybe actually make a non-clickbait title first before throwing that phrase here and there? Thanks.
I too disappointed with the texture downgrade, but the portability is a great plus for me.
See, my console is on the central living room so it's kind of a chore to actually play it because all the people walking around and waiting for my turn to use it.
So yeah, for people who don't have their console on a private-use setup the portability is a very, very big plus, I can bring it to bathroom, play on bed, on lunch break, etc..
Also japanese v...
it's only hard on XB1, there's still the bigger install base of PS4 and PC..
I don't know why.. but those titles don't feel like they represent variety to me even though I know they all have different gameplay and genre.
Maybe because Xbox games tend to always have either action, shooter, or serious feels to them? Everytime I see something exclusive about Xbox I always thought 'oh, it's that kind of game again' even though I clearly see different gameplays.
