Seems to me that the number of first party titles should be taken into account. Sony has many first party titles, MS has GOW, Halo, Forza, Fable and umm.. maybe some I missed.
So the first party sales for Sony are spread over many titles, but not so with MS that has only a few. From this reasoning less sales per title.
No different opinions matter not to me. However they must matter to you as you felt the need to inform everyone of yours.
The article is from Australia. Games are around $90.00 there.
@Uber
Guess I am dumb then as I do not play online. There are many single player games to enjoy and hold my attention. So in my case if I wanted to play titanfall I would have to buy gold for an additional $60 making the cost $560.00 Now excuse me while I go hook up rabbit ears to my $1700 tv.
Lol
I must thank all of the people complaining about the article without even reading it. Makes my day to see such X1 lovers bashing the ps4 just because it is mentioned.
For future reference try reading the article, then maybe, just maybe you will not make fools out of yourselves.
It is an interesting article. You should read it.
Totally agree. 10/10 means the game is perfect. It is not. Simple as that.
I think you mean parity.
This is a MS parody.

This is a MS parody.
Little old but meh.. a parody it is
I have a solution. Don't buy it. Problem solved. Not like it is being forced on you. /cough kinect /cough
Yup just like no one would make funny moves or dance in front of their tv. Oh wait a minute.....
I'm old enough to remember that back in the 70's the Canadian dollar rocketed well above the US dollar. Was there any increase of price. Not really. The fact of the matter is the US may have a lower minimum wage, but the cost of living and taxes are drastically lower meaning the average US citizen has greater buying power.
Sony is also a Japanese company not a US company meaning the US dollar has a lesser impact on their bottom line.
Chances are the increase is due ...
Still no PS4 on shelves here, so I kinda have to disagree with you there.
You do know the X1 is the one in the green box. right?
Well I started in the late 70's with pong. Yea I enjoyed it and all of the consoles following. That being said; if I have a choice of the same game on consoles, why would I choose the inferior one?
And that has what to do with a article on consoles?
Resolution may not be important for a specific game if it is only available in one resolution. But given a choice, why
choose the one with poorer resolution?
Informative read and pretty much sums up my feelings on the subject.
I have been a gamer for many years. Matter of fact my first system was from Radio Shack and played 6 versions of pong. I was looking forward to the MS reveal for the Xbox One, but frankly was overwhelmed by the amount of control MS was trying to force upon consumers.
Control by DRM, control over what you do with used games, etc. Reversed policies are good but...
Lies like kinect cannot be disabled,...
I would rather play a great game with great graphics than a great game with good graphics. Why would I choose less?
