No it doesn't,what I saw is a step-up in almost everything possible from other Star Ocean games,if you don't know much about the series then that's a shame,because this JRPG franchise in particular is just awesome.

Why so shocked? the game was announced for PC about 2 weeks ago besides the fact that you can't get the game anywhere else on PC other than the Microsoft store,so still...MS is taking your money if you buy it on Xboxone or not.

Did you play games on the Dolphine Wii emulator? did you try PSX emulator? did you try PCSX2(PS2 emu) / PPSSPP(PSP emu) or the multiple ones for gameboy / nes,snes,gen or mame?
