This is nothing that can't be patched
and the stupid people who recorded this could just try and reload the stage and check if it could be a "one timer" kind of glitch which happens sometimes in games and is fixed easy with a simple restart.

Most games show glitches one way or another even if it didn't at first,glitches might pop up at anytime,you just quite and reload the level and it's fine again glitch free.
But fanboys like these (ones that wrote the article & others that commented) have boners over these glitches I guess.

I was really sad that the game didn't sell as much as it should.
