i dont disagree with u mate. i probs wouldn't say its shallow, like shooting a bunch on enemies that look the same as every other game is shallow. Its an Epic storyline over 3 games.
But to say GoW doesn't have scale means you haven't played it, or you need your eyes checked.

sorry but GoW 3 is about as bigger scale as it gets. You fight a titan FFS! Kratos is about the size of a pee compared to it.
Some of this B3 ass-licking is going to far. Yes its going to be good, but I bet it won't be genre defining. Its B2 with better graphics and destruction.

some of the resolution of the textures even in B3 aren't great. Look at the yellow wall for example on the right at 0.10.

its only because of games like killzone 3 which looks to me in the same league as B3... and games like gears of war 3 which looks pretty damn close to B3.

MW3 sales will destroy B3. DICE haven't even shown console footage of B3. They should have at E3. Console sales is what dictates the market.
Reviews will likely be the same, on the consoles.
On PC MW3 will score 8.5. B3 will score 9.

whoever thought this game was going to be great is a wolly. Gearbox have made average games for since I can remember eg. Brother in Arms.
don't matter for me. I'm a student, skint and would rather buy a 3D tv than a new £1000 PC to get this game as good as everyone else is saying.
PS3 it is. As long as it looks better than Bad Company 2 I will be very happy!
