xbox live had problems for 14 days. As of two days ago it was still having problems. While it is true not everybody had problems, alot of people did. I was plagued with not being able to find an online match or even sign in at times for the majority of those 14 days.
Its good that MS is offering up some kind of compensation, but we dont even know what it is. It will probably some crappy title that nobody wants in the first place.
