Of course exclusives matter. Most PS3 exclusives sell more than most multi plats. 99% of multi plat games flop in sales. People only bring up COD, GTA, and Skyrim but what about the other 100 multi plats that don't sell?

Of course Sony does sequels too and nothing wrong with that but for every PS3 sequel there are your Heavy Rains, your MAGs and still releasing new IPs six years later like The Last of Us, The Last Guardian, and the Sony smash bros. game while Microsoft is only giving us different variations of sequels like Forza 4/Forza Horizon, Fable 3/Fable: The Journey/Fable XBLA game, Halo ODST/Halo Reach/Halo 4 and you know there will be a Halo 4 ODST next year.

No dude, it will release in September. Halo isn't what it used to be. Halo would get eaten alive by COD if it released in November. Halo 3 sold over 12 million while Reach sold 8 million, a drastic drop off while COD's numbers keep climbing each year. With Bungie out of the picture Halo 4 will sell about 5 to 6 million tops. You can count on Halo 4 having perks and aim down the sights like all other modern shooters.
