A Boy & His Blob meets Ninja Gaiden?
Yes the game is good thats it, I'm not a fan of the side stuff. I realize other people like that stuff so more power to them.
My point was for years they were pandering to the fanbase
remember this-

and this-

Definitely the player was literally being bum rushed in the video above =p
Saw some gameplay videos on YouTube, looks neat.
'You don’t often find out who the NPCs are or what their motivations really are or if what they are telling you is true or not. Most NPCs are just straightforward. We wanted to try to create an atmosphere, that if you get into the lore and the choice of consequence, you get this feeling that things are not always what they seem. You can’t necessarily trust what the NPCs are telling you.'
I like this, all too often NPCs are just there adding nothing to the environment....
Sorry 6 over everything. That game had real characters not a whiny passive aggressive Emo guy. And talk about a main villain Kefka was nuts you really hated the guy and couldn't wait to get revenge for what he did to the world. Meanwhile 8 has a sorceress and a moon filled with monsters, not my thing.
Pander: To cater to the lower tastes and desires of others *or exploit their weaknesses.*
You like Final Fantasy 7 right?
Here is a movie, here is a side game, look Lighting is dressed like Cloud. FF7 on Steam!
Thats exploiting peoples fondness for the game in my humble opinion.
Pandering is Final Fantasy 7. All these side games, the film, and now this remake has been pandering. Not bad, not good, just what it is.
I don't care that sections of the FF7 fandom may or may not be okay with certain scenes from the game. Thats life. I'm more worried about the company making this game.
Everything that Square has made to compliment the FF7 universe, sucked hard in fact (my opinion).
The amount of BS DLC in lighting ...
Yeah. Its just that I don't think thats ever happened before for any competing sports series ever. Pretty neat.
Both games this year have a Barcelona player as their cover star.
Yeah hopefully we get a PC port of this game, fingers crossed.
Congrats on winning!
Solid interview from humble beginnings to winning gameplay championships.
Reminds me of the old Sega game a Haunting Starring Polterguy.
Indie Month = Christmas in July.
As soon as this shows up on Steam, I'll definitely be picking it up.
I was thinking the same thing. That guy should get a free copy of the game or some cool merch from the creators.
I like the art style to this game.
Great prizes and we aren't even a week in for Indie Month.
The art style, puzzle solving, jump mechanics - I'm sold.
