coz as far as i know expensive shipment like those are requiring, phone numbers, postal code, and more likely name of the receiver(an I.D) and signature..if MS dont do this and just gave the $500 xbox one to somebody else without clarification?? is this the guys mistake?? seriously the guy dont even deserve this on the first place if MS know what they are doing..
