it really is quite sad how you Young pups must have it all at launch. Late is not cool? Must play it when all the other kids do. Baaaaaa! How do you handle missing all the best games on a rival system? So many Game of the Year? If you really feel like that, shouldn't you be buying all systems?
Late doesn't make timed almost an exclusive. Jesus, yo ate desperate. When you play a game within a gen is not that relevant. They don't sit around waiting for the game, when they have the largest first party devs by far akung exclusives, you silly boy.
Technically KZ, The Order and Infamous do many things beyond Ryse.You just can't see it through those green goggles. Ruse is pretty but very limited by comparison.
That's why You fall for the old MS tricks. You have to be part of the crowd, part of the Zeitgeist. See, while you have to play the latest thing, as soon as it's out, the PS fans are playing all their genuine exclusives. All those original and inventive games. It doesn't need it. The hardware is more powerful? It doesn't need that crux of tiny bandwidth helping out.
The real truth ( despite anyone's choices) is we NEED both to sell. Furious competition is the ONLY way consumers can really win. We need a good fight between Sony MS to make them both work hard for us.
Titanfall is almost confirmed multi plat by Major Nelson today. Says he's really not worried if it goes to PS4 :-). I still don't want it.
Only XB exclusives I would consider are Ryse and Sunset Overdrive. Just like 360, there will almost no games to miss.
L4D and Gears were the only 2 on 360 that didn't come to PS3 that I would've missed. Luckily I had a launch 360 played Gears1 / L4D1 and 2 before it died. I didn't buy another.
Well, I went back to KZ3 recently with some friends. We dudby struggle to find a game and it was still fun.
Dull games. Forza is a good game. Early word on Ryse is that it is not good.
DR is a boring series. KI is 2nd rate. Unlike some of you guys, I've actually played all these series.
I bet you've not spent 50 hours loving each KZ online AND been bored by DR/ KI regardless of format.

I take it you don't have kids? When you gain some life experience, you may feel different. I have a 9 year old gamer and on PS4 we have loads to share. More evidence of XB fans being kids that know bugger all.

Hardware gimmicks aren't what make a GAMES console. Games are what counts. Sony devs( plus all the other devs backing it) are going to push innovation in games. I have TiVo. I don't need a new interface or to run my console an extra 5 hours a day, everyday. Weak argument

Ultimately, any real gamer should want some success for both. Competition is good for us, total domination is bad. Both fighting for features, prices, games and innovation , only improves the gamers experience.
