Good deal but not really a "Cyber Monday" deal if you have to get off your a$$ to get it.
Here is the way I see it. If you say your going to shoot someone and they end up getting shot your no doubt the prime suspect. At this point they are guilty until proven innocent in my book.

Always wondered the same thing. I bought a 20Gb at launch and haven't had a single issue. Doubt there has a been a day that has went by were between me and my three girls that we haven't played a game or watched movies or just watched TV shows on it via Playon/Hulu. I know electronics fail and maybe I'm just fortunate but if people would just take the time once a month and blow out the dust and take care of it i wonder how mane people would save them some downtime and money on eve...
Maybe they could have spent a little more time working out the bugs than putting this in....
Even though this does suck would rather PD get it right whatever the issue might be instead of putting out a buggy release and wait for patches to make it right.

I think your confused about the private market section on Amazon. These are not sitting on shelves at amazon or sold by Amazon. This is sort of the Ebay, Craigslist section of Amazon
