The campaign is always fun for these games. Still a rental for me. Never cared for the multiplayer, especially since Halo 4 is around the corner.
I'm still content with current games like Halo 4, Forza Horizons and next year's God of War but it clearly is over due. All you have to do is look at PC games and you can see a huge difference now.
No. Gran Turismo in the ps1 and ps2 days got insanely high reviews and didn't get them. I don't know what did get the awards but those Gran Turismo's, like this gen's Forza, definitely deserve them.
The 360 dashboard takes care of my every need. I use it for for my tv shows and movies with Netflix and HBO Go. Living in the USA and being a soccer fan, I don't get games from La Liga or Barclays league over here, at least not all the time...the ESPN app gets me all my favorite teams to watch like Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Barcelona all for free. But I never used twitter or facebook for it. Besides, Facebook is a dying fad.
That looks like the DUKE from the original Xbox. Kudos for those who knows what I'm talking about.

Unfortunate news. I personally didn't like these games but that's just me. But they had some good ideas. Hopefully these guys can find another place and get a bigger budget.

The Xbox 360 is not in trouble. They were the number 1 worldwide console of 2011 with 14.9 million consoles sold compared to the ps3's 14.1 and the wii's 10.3. These numbers are straight from the fiscal reports.
As for this year, I would imagine numbers would be low for everybody considering next gen is around the corner.
Microsoft has around 70 million xbox 360s sold this gen. Huge market share and serious profits has been made. All this was made on the backs of hardcore games.
So why do you idiots believe that they're abandoning that?

Wait what? Each Gears was better than the last. Gears of War 3 was amazing. Some of the best graphics this gen and a very good story. The online is still some of the best multiplayer around. Horde mode is addicting as it gets.
Gears Judgement looks to improve the multiplayer in many ways. This is a no brainer for real gamers especially those that like multiplayer. Day 1.
Well how creative can you get? Almost impossible to create a whole new genre. Their is only a handful of games that accomplished that this gen and it really didn't work out for them. Look at Viva Pinata. Possibly the most creative game ever. I mean you have a farm and pinatas! Seriously? And it's freaking fun at that. That took some serious balls to green light this. But in the end, Viva Pinata 2 was not as successful as the first.
