actually the monthly GAP polls posted on the member area are posted by SCE staff. I dont know where you read that the community posted them but thats wrong.
Not sure what youre asking but in order to vote on the survey (or even just see the survey) you have to be a member of the Gamer Advisory Panel (GAP). To become a member, you just basically have to hope Sony sends you an e-mail inviting you to be part of it. Sony basically invites people that have been in the PlayStation Underground for over a year or are very active in the community.

I preffer a small wireless issue rather than have an ugly-lookin USB expander with its own power brick that needs to be plugged in at all times *ehem*on360*ehem* lol :P nah jk i like the 360 version, i just wished they somehow made it wireless >.<

christ, even with something obvious in front of their eyes, 360 fanboys just keep flaming. GT5 is obviously a lot more realistic/detailed than Forza, and to think that that was only a FREE DEMO... let me say that again.... FREEEEE DEEEEMOOO... compared to the full $59.99 game Forza.... just admit that GT5 is better lookin jesus... Forza is an awesome game, dont get me wrong. I play it at my frineds house all the time, but stop being biased lil immature fanboys, GT5 looks better. Period.

this guy (who wrote the article) really needs to learn about video/audio output. Theres a HUGE difference in quality. HDMI is capable of delivering FULLY uncompressed audio and resolution at incredible bitrates, while component can only deliver the most basic bitrate and sometimes cannot fully transfer 1080p signals. and PLEASE PLEASE everyone look at the video comparison that VaNdAl posted at comment 1.1
Holy SH!T... 908% is a HUGE leap in sales... well hell, that kind of price drop is sure to get people buying... good job Sony for listening to gamers and dropping the price, especially since the holidays are coming up and some sweet games are on their way too. Can´t wait to get my hands on Uncharted :D
holy friggin crap, and i thought Crysis looked real.... This is like... IMPOSSIBLY REAL... damn major props to the devs, games are starting to honestly look friggin intensely realistic its ridiculous. I really hope when PS3 is finally at it´s max that games will look like this...
Does EA really expect this game to do well? This is nothing more than Cliché. I mean comon EA, after looking at games like Killzone 2 or UT3 u cant even make a game with destructible environments? This is like the same exact thing as any other war game before it, get some originality for once EA, seriously.
In case you all havn´t realized, you can already do this... in FEAR they have the same exact thing, you cant really use the XMB, u can just send an Invitation with a message included... it has nothing to do with 2.0
