I am happy about the improvements, but I find myself caring less and less about this and more about the finished product. Is it fun? Does it look pretty? Is it animated well? If so then I will spend money on it.
Will there be a single player mode for Fable:Legends or am I forced to play with others? I like multiplayer but only for certain things. OT: I know it's a long shot but wouldn't it be nice if Rare had something ready for 2015?

Actually no, it should not be $50 cheaper than the PS4. I realize in your Sony addled mind the PS4 is some high end super computer compared to the X1, but in reality they are much closer than you want to admit.
