Everyone has different tastes and their view on game of year according to their personal view. But no one can doubt Skyrim is the most impressing game this year. Like it or not this game deserves all awards for the developers making this game . This game is absolutely on a different scale no game can match.
I have a platinum on Uncharted deserves the highest 9/10 nothing AMAZING though great game.

primitive? i mean some of the things halo made popular is still present in many games. No one expects a remake to get 10/10s and it is a good score. back in the days was megaton with 97% metacritic.
Halo CE was a landmark in gaming and revolutionised gaming. But since I already played it this remake doesnt appeal to me
just as Zelda OOT 3DS didnt appeal to me. Both had there times and these remakes are great for nostalgia.
This game was revolutionary good memories but i have already played this back then so wont purchase again but rent.

Once a heavy seller be sure to know a company will milk that francise. Why? because there is demand and alot of people will buy Assasins Creed Revelations.
best £40 spent ever. Funny thing first game i brought day one this year..all others were rented :D

Another great remake is Zelda OOT 3DS. These two show how remakes should be done, not just upscaling them and smoothing like most PS2 remakes.
