hello, look at dvd and blu-ray. they provided the subtitles for us is more important because we can't hear anything. that's the big reason is steaming sucks, period. it doesn't make sense to us why didn't steaming (im looking at you, Netflix, PS Video store, Xbox Live steaming, and other steaming) provided subtitles for deaf or hard of hearing or disability people?
so let me tell you once Steaming without subtitle is a failure to us. DVD and Blu-ray is never failure to us.
