more along the lines of innovation and picking it up. ms sees that this is what made the wii and makes the wii sell so good, it's a great marketing tool and would be introduced with open arms to the public if released.
im not bashing ms, i only own a 360 lol. I'm just stating how ms runs their market and why they copy cat a lot of things.
but i will be purchasing a ps3 simply for the "open system" aspect, bringing pc and console closer together, maybe MS should look into this, highly doubtful, they copyright and protect everything, i.e. zune.

ok i own a 360 and would say that the 360 has better software out right now, but for godsakes drop the f*in restrictions and regulations and just let the people hack and mod what they want. this is just the new pro console, nothing new like they said on all the forums. Try going to consoleshop.com and check out the coolers they supply, they are loud as hell, but they let you know how hot your system is and they let you control the fan speed, but like I said, they are really freakin loud, so make sure you have atleast a stereo unit or a well ventilated entertainment system, preferebly with a door so you don't have to listen to how loud the fans are. no it's not the only country in the world but it's nice to see ps3 picking up in other countries, i was a ps fan until the 360 was released and haven't looked back until ps3 shows me something that's impressive. And a full year to catch up? You think sales will stop for 360? doubt it, but if they do then ps3 still has a ways to go before they surpass the overall sales of 360, and by this time next year I hope, atleast, that they will be considering a new system, i mean it is a new one ever...

The PS3 will still need a lot of help to overcome the critics but I find it insulting, being a 360 fanboy, that the 360 has only sold 3.5 million systems, what the hell MS? Maybe each system should take a look at themselves and start thinking about the Next NEXT-GEN console and start developing a possible slimmer, cooler running system to boost sales, AKA Slim PS2 boomed sales for PS2.
