I find load times with MGS4 and Resistance irritating; I do not experience this level of irritation with the 360. M$ has built themselves a very profitable business. That is what it is all about after all what each console is a closed system franchise; and M$ seems to be able to leverage the system very well. Nintendo and Sony would no doubt like to emulate the attachment rate. The passion that these companies have created about their respective systems leverage this .

has definitely been having a problem getting the message out. This appears to be the result of infighting at Sony (something I may add the company has been notorious for). We note a previous article posted on this site about Izumi Kawanishi being shuffled out of the gaming division. Kaz Hirai message was that the PS3 is a gaming system and Izumi Kawanishi was pushing the view that the PS3 as a "super Computer". (see: Rumor: Sony Computer Ent Lost Chief Tech Officer?)
so the confused messages coming from Sony now make sense. Political in fighting is using up energy which should more properly be used to push the PS3 forward. Hopefully they now have a clear direction and will take the fight to M$.
