I'm hoping that Rockstar keep GTA V down the more serious route and leave the crazy, over-the-top fun to Saints Row.
RDR really showed off with how well Rockstar can tell a story and have some great gameplay.
Latest word on Eight Days is that it's still on hold.
Believe me, I'm wanting to find out exactly what's happening with it! The gameplay looks incredible.
The point of the article is to see what a female gamer thought about a new, community voted female protagonist.
It would have been hard to identify that in the title without getting gender specific.
We always use 'male' and 'female' as opposed to the term 'girl gamer' because, like you, we don't see that as being an identifier for any gamer. You are a gamer whether you're male, female or walrus. A gamer is not defined by gender, race or...
This is exactly what we've been saying in the office.
There's also quite a bit of controversy around the set 1k GS/amount of trophies per game and how it won't be available once the servers are off due to not being able to get online achievements/trophies.
A fair few games have already fallen foul to this already.
If we had the solution to the problem we'd be a filthy rich games development and publishing company hahaha.
And if you keep reading, just after that sentence it says "Of course, this wont happen with the increasing costs of developing and marketing a game, along with surefire first day purchase hits like the Call of Duty series readily available to print money by the bucket load."
"Bioware Admits Website Hacked"
They never denied it.

I had completely forgotten Barbara was Oracle in Asylum!
If Rocksteady really are staying true to the comics, then this would obviously explain why Todd was skipped over.
Have amended the article, Batfan :)

Out of the entire disappointment that was the Microsoft conference overall, this was one of the most interesting announcements.
A lot of what was shown were features that MS promised Kinect could do at last years E3 and we and others were interested to see if these apps actually did what they were shown to do.
It's a shame that the finger tracking app wasn't live as that was one of the most intriguing demonstrations and it would be great to give it a ...
Thanks very much. Just happy to help some people out!
Completely agree. Whilst rewarding First Access Club members with the exclusivity, they've done themselves out of a decent stress test by not allowing enough time to give the demo a general release.
The single player mode has been appearing at shows and expos all over the place for months so it's definitely been ready for a public demo release for a while which is what makes us think that the MP could turn up in the demo.
There won't be any time t...
Wow. Your typing is a little all over the place there, isn't it?
Nintendo aren't making this game. The game is being developed by Creative Assembly and SEGA.
I'm also not entirely sure what 'track record' you are referring to. The NES, SNES and N64 are some of the greatest and most loved consoles of all time and the Wii absolutely dominated sales figures on and after it's initial launch.
The Wii is definitely not as po...
I also prefer having a physical copy of a game. Think of all the amazing (yet overpriced) Collectors Edition's we'd miss out on if we moved to total DD!
Collectors/Limited Editions are also a great way to publishers to make a few extra bucks on their titles. I've noticed more and more releases are getting 2-3 versions (Halo: Reach, Mafia II etc).
XBLA are also off their rockers for the prices they charge for DD versions of full titles.
Check the bottom of the article for the MSP to real money conversion chart.
I haven't been this excited about a Sonic title in a long time.
Mass Effect has massive potential (if you'll pardon the idiotic pun) for a decent series.
I wouldn't like to see it in a movie format though as there's just too much to be contained in such a finite time. It would be crushing to see it fall to the 'sequel' curse.
No no. I was making a reference to how long it had been in development. The first Xbox was planned in 1999 so it was a reference to how I was playing it on a sequel to a console that hadnt even been invented by the time the game went into development: Twas a throwaway line.
Also I have no idea if it was a beta or not. Obviously it was in a demo mode because of the nature of the event, but I dont know if it was based on beta code. I said hopefully it was based on beta code bec...
This tweet is commented on in the article, however nobody has stepped forward to official announce it yet.
Hopefully we won't have to wait much longer!
