It will be interesting to see what comes of the applications they develop that will supposedly "harness all that power." For some reason I like to see any gaming system getting press for doing something besides just playing games.

That's an interesting notion. I think more games need to be online period. Really, almost everything has been done in single player. The next breed of games really needs to keep up with the times.

For example, there's only so much a person can hear about Little Big Planet or Halo 3 before they get tired of it all. Yeah, I'll buy both, but still... It's like seeing a million previews for a movie before watching it, then when you finally do see the movie you realize that you've seen everything in the previews. Just my two cents.

There are always going to be pros and cons to both systems. Why can't people just scrape up enough cash to buy both the 360 and the PS3? I have both and enjoy them both. Being a hater is so 2006.
