Or the author could just wait for reviews and make an informed decision when future FF titles come out. Why out right stop, just to make a statement.

I personally didn't enjoy FF13 but I am not going to stop because of a few bad ones.

Right...because now EA has publishing rights to Titanfall which we all know won't be console exclusive. Looks like nobody lost out in the end. And if you think it will be platform exclusive, remember EA loves your money more than some silly fanboy console war.

"Was" behind. The Xbox 360 shipped out first. It had a massive head start, plus the first models had high failure rates which lead users purchasing more than one Xbox. And yet no matter how you look at it the PS3 has come out pretty well, even with it's ridiculous launch price and initial stale launch line-up.

SquareEnix have been selling nostolgia for years. I don't see the problem. If you want to experience games from years ago that you no longer have or sold then with Now you have the option of the option of playing them. Providing a service to play games, sound fine to me.
