Not sure what the law is but can you own a photo of something in a public place. What stopping the owner of a house suing her for using elements of that house in her book on the other hand who said Capcom saw her book and went out and took the same photos themselves so not to pay her.
You do know that some gamers like me would not bother with gamepass and would rather spend the money to buy a disc version of the game. I plan to buy Starfield too on PC. All the years I had the shitty Xbox One I never had gamepass on it

I went with PS5 but then i have over 90 ps4 games compared to the 5 xbox one games I have. I would only buy an Xbox if Starfield, Indy and ES6 came to it and only if disc versions were released too. Game pass is of no interest to me as I dont do digital games. I would rather buy and own them.

They will never be lost, i have all the ps1 to ps 3 , psp ans vita games backed up on a few hard drives. You can emu them on a good pc so it's clear they don't care if we share roms of old games now as their will be no way to access them. Let the sin begin

A much as I want to play Starfield and ES6 It wont make me buy an Xbox just for a few games, I made that mistake with the Xbox One S. In the end if they dont want my business then so be it. They know they could make so much money releasing those games on PS5 but i guess they aint bothered about money so much but more Gamepass subs. its ok in the end, i sure there will be other games I will play in their place.
I'm not too sure, it was in development years for years maybe there is some contractual thing for all systems in place, maybe the same for ES6 too....Well I hope their is as I dont want to buy an Xbox for 2 games.
i do wonder now if they will release games like Starfield and Elder Scolls 6 on other systems for profit or piss off the Sony and Switch gamers and not release those games on all systems.
