The thing is Gears "2" looks too similar with Gears 1 while Resistance 2 made a huge leap from the R:FoM, so to me, Resistance 2 >>> Gears 2. And they both have different art styles so your "gears of war "2" graphically destroys Resistance "1.5" comment is flawed. Gears "2" is gray and dull, and Resistance 2 has color and is looks to have more variety(ooh, Gamespot wont like that lol).

Holy sh!t. I knew Resistance 2 was going to have a huge leap over Resistance: Fall of Man, but not this huge lol, this is just simply amazing. To be totally honest here, Resistance 2 may be GOTY 2008, im serious here.

I dont know man, Gears is pretty big, although this guy didnt even mention about Gears failing, he just said that it may slowly die out as time goes, and highly doubt it will fail.

I agree, this holiday is going to be HUGE.
R2 looks like it will be much more strategic compared to L4D. All you do in L4D is shoot zombies which are chasing you. And Resistancec 2 does not look like a brainless shooter.
IMO This game looks average at best, and I am a PS3 owner and I personally dont mind if it doesnt come to the PS3; im just saying what I think about the game.
Although I agree with you on the Gears 2 > L4D statement.
Personally, I dont mind that it wont come to the PS3, it probably wont. To me it's another dark FPS with zombies charging at you and all you do is run shoot.
