New systems hardly ever outsell an older cheaper system in the beggining
The ds didnt, The ps3 didnt, the gba didnt.
Hell the ds was getting outsold by the gba and psp in japan for a year+
The 3ds is in a far better position than the ds or even the psp ever was in......

There hasnt been 1 third party game shown for the system yet thats exclusive.

1) higher sales for the first 6 months, and a high total for the fiscal forecast
2) better positioning in japan 1st or second every single week.
3) more developers on board making exclusives
When the 3ds is number 1 in japan yet again for the third straight month even with 2 down weeks. I hope you all will post.

how konami now has revitalized interest in rpgs, co developing 3 and getting there knowledge back.............. having the suikoden producer on board for all 3.........
