Its not the phone (which was rumored to be released in october and isnt a gaming device, this is the psp 2 which is rumored for 2011)
And they said it will probably have a phycial medium (maybe not discs, but possibly flash cards like the 3ds).

The iphone isnt a real gaming platform so why would they be scared?
