Consoles don't have punkbuster and not sure what MS and Sony is doing to combat the rampent cheaters.

God i hate bush wookies "DAM BUSH KILLED ME" , most annoying thing ever , i like to get stuck in with a sniper not hide in a bush and get 3 kills. I'd rather finish negitive KD if it ment my team wins as a result.
Another thing i blame cod for , kd whoring, L2P FPS :P
The PC version will offer Party / Match making and Achievements through battle net , like WoW and Starcraft 2 currently do.
Plus its Blizzard so the the PC version will likly be the best if you have a half decent rig which by the sounds of it you do.
Kind of a no brainer in that respect :D

Nice to see consoles getting some good treatment , now give them mouse control awell so they can experiance true fps , then will talk :P
Maybe Origin will become the DLC downloader for the steam version of Battlefield 3 to avoid costs, i could live with that :)

Yes they do indeed treat us like idiots these days , its like they hold your hand from the start to the finish :S.

Just that i got a "Your Steam account: Access from new computer" email , changed password straight away , good old steam guard.

Yes its worth if you build your own because it will last several years and not cost too much compared to say a prebuilt branded PC.
And you can recycle parts such as hard drives and dvd drives etc , more savings.
