Woo Driver San Francisco!
How I envy those attending E3...
I wanted South Park's version :(
Oh my God I am pumped for this. The original Driver was one of the biggest breakthroughs in the driving genre at the time and made you feel like you were in a movie car chase like no other game.
I just hope this new one has more in common with the original and not its increasingly lacklustre successors.
Exactly what I was thinking. MotorStorm is meant to be about rough off road racing, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out.
All depends on what you want. If you want intense Hollywood action embodied into a racing game, Split/Second. If you're into kart racing and the idea of in-depth customisation tickles your fancy, ModNation Racers. And if the mix of kart racing style power-ups with licensed cars appeals, Blur.
It's a great time to be a racing game fan when 3 top titles are released within a week of each other!
For me, this was the most original and enjoyable racing game out of the recent trio of Split/Second, ModNation racers and Blur, but these also have my respect in their own right.
For a current generation game that also enforces a mandatory install, they are very slow to be honest. It's said there will soon be a patch to solve it, though.
Made by United Front.
You have to admire some of the things people have made already, it's very easy wiling away your time just browsing. Shame the single player component is comparatively weak.
Anything that is quintessentially Japanese terrifies me.
I have fond memories of playing Star Wars Trilogy Arcade and Daytona USA at my arcade.
Looks good for a Wii game.
Looks promising.
Too true.
More than likely, but I would be surprised if it was announced this early given that BC2 only came out a month ago. Unless it's announcing Battlefield 3 for PC rather than Bad Company 3.
Bad Company 3? Lies.
Dreamcast for the win.
The "can video games be art?" debate always seems to be a touchy subject.
Yeah, Sebastian Vettel was also seen.
