May sounds like it but that's where the similarity ends. The game is about investigating murders and interviewing suspects for clues. Most of the cases in the game are real life cases.
No multiplayers. It's single-story with linear gameplay but limited open world. The majority of the exploration comes during investigation, driving to a suspect, and driveby shootouts.
