I would much rather watch my extended version in the regular DvD format than bother with the theatrical version in Blu-ray. Add me to the list of those who will wait. :)

PS3 maybe making a late game come back, but the PS4 will debut before it has a true chance of dethroning Wii or giving xBox360 a sound thrashing. It is a good idea for Sony to capitalize on the surge of consumer buying (confidence) now to pave the way for solid PS4 launch sales. Let us just hope that PS4 is completely backwards compatitible, a solid launch list of new PS4 games and the cost kept to a reasonable amount - lessons that should have been learned with the disappointing launch of PS...
SWG is in the process of imploding. Half of the servers are closed and half the remaining ones are barely on life support. It is not surprising to understand why this game is doing so poorly, so I guess that makes me of those Negative Nancy's Jeff Hollis refers to (but that does not make me wrong).
LoTRO is a great bargain for those who enjoy quality, fantasy based MMO's even without the massage giving hobbits. The expansion is being released December 1st and is free if one subscribes for 3 months or more by November 18th (yeah, that is tomorrow).
Paying a premium subscription rate for a PC MMO is nothing new. However, I already predicted that having to pay a premium sub rate for the console version of the game would go over like a lead balloon.
I also want to point out that the game will also very likely have a cash shop. It has been rumored and $OE will not deny it. So it not really a question if there will be a cash shop as much as it is a question of how much of the game's content will be up for sale in a cas...
