Is this just an Order: 1886 revenge article?

We don't get listened to, the order is a sucessful game. It's successful because on one thing; what it looks like.

If they took the number away, the review would be the same. Stop overcompensating. I have just opened my copy and can't wait to put it in, these stupid articles are postponing my play session! Review scores are there to sort the criteria in to a nice, bitesize number so the masses can understand how good or bad the product is without reading too much and hurting their brains.

This article wouldn't have been written if The Order received higher reviews than it did so d...

Kotaku's was a 1/10 and that wasn't clickbait, that was just pure hatred. Maybe Digital Trends hated it too.

I'm The Order 1886's troll apparently, i've spent a lot of bubbles commenting on how worried i was baout this game, after that so called "journey" of mine, i have bought the game and was proven right to be worried.

As a person who only buys what they want to AND was right about this game, can i be smug?

Take that you stupid fanboys.

Cue the hundreds of screaming fans shouting BRIBE! at the top of their voices and more importantly: how the review is a wrong review (never heard of a wrong review but yeah) and it didn't match their criteria.

Insert words like "nitpicking" and sentences like "microsoft paid them off." Earlier previews will be ignored and the game will get a 10/10 in this space just because it is 'shiny shiny.'

Reviews are summed up easily, the...

Don't use controversy in the title, that way you look sympathetic towards the thing you are reviewing.

They aren't wrong to blame themselves, we have questions but no answers.

People complain about the ammount of watching we'll be doing instead of playing, why? Can they not say "it's similar to [insert game here]" They had a vision for the game, they have achieved it yet the complaniers have their own vision that hasn't been taken away from them. Somebody has to step up and say "you're wrong, here's why because we made this game and did i...

Do NOT talk bad about critic sites.

12 disagrees?

The game isn't even out yet?

You're a troll Septic, you're comments are so transparent, you're biased, like IGN is biased and Polygon is getting paid by Microsoft to give Xbox 360 games a good review and ps4 games a review.

7/10 is a bad score, it's 3 away from 10 and 2 away from 5 so therefore it equals 5/10 and 5/10 is awful. Microsoft must have spent a LOT of money to get that 15/20 or 5/10 (the real score)

It's really annoying isn't it?

I am on every Order 1886 article attacking both the articles and the people who gush in the comment sections. This webiste is biased, it is so one seided that my body sometime sways physically to the left when i read the comments section.

As an owner of all three consoles, i feel the need to give this biased userbase a more truthful opinion of games nowadays. The best game i have played in the last 5 years is Super Smash...

So, that means 5-7 hours of cutscenes? Wind Waker has 100 minutes of cutscenes and that game is over 30 hours long, Max Payne 3 has 180 minutes and that is a more talkative game. So 5 hours of gameplay, gameplay that includes walking around doing nothing and you get the same length as a COD game?

How is that good? It's like 4 hours altogether

THE GAME ISN'T OUT YET.

STOP RUNNING THE ENTIRE STORY OUT SCENE BY SCENE.

Some of us want to play for ourselves.

So if they don't make DLC, the price of the retail game goes up?

About as logical as a soup-sandwhich that theory well done.

More than one button, they are QTEs aren't they?

I don't mind one button melee attacks, they can be fun and satisfying, i mostly love the Uncharted melee combat system but QTEs are that gray area that i don't like treading across, Ryse was ok but it got boring quickly and Hitman: Absolution was fun but this game does something that both those games don't, the NPCs can shoot and hit you mid animation so i might not even be able to use melee half of the time. T...

No, no, cinema isn't confined to a ratio. The word "cinematic" also applies to flims like Pacific Rim and Noah and they're not in the 2:40:1 ratio format, this is like calling a wolf a dog. Guess what wannabe filmmakers who have lost the plot, every tv manufactured in the last 10 years has been widescreen, it isn't the 1950s, it isn't as special and most importantly, it is not defined as cinematic.

This is an effing spoiler, my goodness people need stronger brains. Who the hell would title an article in such a way and not think that people can put 2+2 together?

So many people, so many fanboys whine and bend over backwards for this game that it will he spoiled for everyone who reads articles from this website.

"This game is great, you'll see, watch out for this important scene..."

I recently juat finished Sonic 2. Due to the game's mechanics i came to the realisation that Sonic the Hedgehog is not a good game. In order to find that game fun you can't stop, the mechanics make it so you have to stop. That along with running only being useful for a few games.
