I still think he and Nintendo make the most high quality games. I buy Nintendo systems just for the exclusives, even the Wii U. 90% of my games from Nintendo systems are Nintendo franchises.
Well I own the Wii U and have a PS4 preordered. I would get COD on PS4 because it will have a MUCH more active community.
But I won't be getting Ghosts. I will be getting BF4 :)

I'm getting any 3rd party games on a my PS4 instead of my Wii U because the Wii U is going to be treated like this for a long time unfortunately.
A cap would be useful for someone who is famous on YouTube for example. I know this is what happens on XBL anyway. Once they reach a cap. If someone wants to send a friend request, they will be blocked from doing so. This will probably prevent a bunch of message pop ups on the screen say "friend request."
