millennials end at 1996 so maybe they mean those still in their 20s, cuz that ain't me.
I'd love for a 3rd go-round with sony in the portable field. a SSD storage is a must. Maybe they could integrate augmented reality too
I'm guessing MGS4 finally getting an escape from ps3. I'd love a remake (despite the original's stellar graphics--The Witcher 3 update spoiled me) but most likely a remaster w/ bonus content.
Hopefully we get an announcement this year of their next console with a 2024 release
Got my bundle preordered. So excited. Still play the first one
"Wait til next year" -Xbox
I think about this game more than I'd care to admit. Such a lost opportunity to make this a franchise, just like Heavenly Sword. Untapped potential.
There's been reviewers who've mentioned enjoying those shows and still finding the gameplay not enough to save it by comedy alone.
Yea that figure is just tooo small and low quality for that price. All of Square Enix's FF products are overpriced. ESPECIALLY for anything FF7 related. The gouging is beyond Nintendo levels. Standard edition for me from Best Buy for the steelbook.
A masterpiece?! Rly? lemme download this rq
You finished the demo?
They've completely co-opted the word "woke" to fit their own aims. I've yet to see it used correctly in regards to this game or even a simple explanation of HOW it's supposedly "woke."
I was comparing Days Gone to Last of Us btw . Not at all suggesting that Forspoken is similar to The Last of Us.
I've played all the above. And you'll see other impressions have compared this to Infamous.
Definitely inspired by Infamous, which deserves a sequel btw
If you play the first 10 mins of the demo, you're going to hate it. It takes at least 30 mins to get into the combat, which is enjoyable. It's just the voice acting/direction that's a peeve personally. Interested in seeing what the actual story is about, because this character's alleged "charm" I've yet to see. Maybe the story will improve that.
The voice actress and her direction I think is a major issue. That alone I think would change some people's minds. She's not very good and her dialogue is hammy and not even delivered well
My main issue with the demo is that you're literally dropped into an awkward slice of the game with no perspective for the story. The more I play, the more I'm enjoying the gameplay--especially the magic parkour. But all that is simultaneously undone by the audio direction and decisions. Quite frankly, the protagonist talks too much and the quips are dry. Secondly, the voice actress sounds older than the character and just doesn't sound suited for the kind of voice this kind of s...
Wonder if this article will get as much traction as the dump-on Forspoken wave
Actually excited for this one, despite the online angst.
