1. I totally agree. Their first mistake was PR. Execs (Suits) sucks at connecting with gamers.

So RAD is taking the Third Person Shooter route eh? It stands a better chance if it was an action adventure type of game, kinda like Assassins Creed or something. But as a Gears Of War victorian clone it will fail.
