What???? OOOOOhhhhhh nooooo.
Every game bro, Its every game bro!
Zero.
Jesus, CDPR released an Anime... people went nuts. WTF? I thought they fixed a game after 2 years.
Then in comments defenders... the game is so good now. (after an anime).
I really liked when Sony was quiet.
Ps1 game didn't need 7 years with 150 people studio, live orchestra soundtrack, facial motion capture, movie actors, game engine fees, and all other licensing cost.
What the hell are you talking about?
You remember crap... If you played NES ever in your life you'd know better.
X360/PS3 era had trilogies in their generation. Trilogies.
GOW uses cut scenes to load. It doesn't need it, same as Infamous.
You need something opened world where you zip zag fast travel.
Thank you!
I don't want major games be cross gen, but games like Stray can be.
Just DO IT!
When a live service, microtransaction open world is priority, game gets lost.
Sony wants to sell you software, so making a device that costs them a lot of money in research 'n development + marketing, only to attract jailbreak audience for emulation.
Oh and the whole Vita/PSP store shutdown fiasco only confirms they have no interest in this market.
That is a good thing.
There will be developer and publisher interest to port these games on other sane platforms.
IMO they really fucked up really good and functional UI of PS4.
Streaming wasn't the problem. Their ridiculous business model was.
As soon as they fired first party devs it was over.
At least they are refunding this joke of a service.
Shaw Layden recently went to Tencent as a strategy advisor.
He will do nothing there either.
I'm a big(mode) fan of Dunkey but I see it like this:
Dunkey plays a game, makes content, million views, game sells but...
Dunkey only see Google ad money.
So he wants a little bit of that sales money.
Its put in a beautiful passionate idea where developer will have promotion and financial help, and ideas, and print even, while promotor will get precent of that sales.
I don't think, at this stage, Big...
If I can buy and play their games on Playstation, and just see a Netflix logo at the beginning then yes, all power to them.
If on the other hand games need Netflix acc, subscription, streaming platform than NO!
I do believe they want to make their own Netflix gaming platform and don't give 30% to Sony, or anyone else so...
I'm not excited.
This is not development, this is publishing. So he wants to publish developers who are rejected by other publishers or publish a game that is potentially popular sucsses (like among us) by playing them and making YouTube content.
Good luck to him but it's tough when Microsoft and Sony can give game pass/plus deals and instant cash for publishing and distribution.
Then again, if indie developer only sels 1500 units on steam, can't get enough cash f...
But they told us not to watch it.
