I will give you this scenario: So you have to pay 60$ for a game Rise of the Tomb Raider (witch is like 10$ on psn), and nobody in the house can use your internet while you play. Like your girlfriend can't watch Netflix, or Ytube, because you don't want to worry about a box under your Tv. Amazing. It will be like good old days when you knew you'll get a phone call, only this time it will be announced by lag in you game.

Its the other way around. Over-hype usually happens in gameplay and graphics, because you can see the difference between what they tried to sell, and things that end up being sold. Sometimes it's up there...in dreams relm, especially when they show early build, where lots of features end up being changed at the end.
