i just finished and i'm watching the credits right now, all i can say is holy crap. its amazing, the storyline is great and there are tons of amazingly sweet plot twists. i jizzed in my pants like 40 times over teh course of the campgain.
i'm pretty bummed it unlocks that late. I love that gun in cod 4, it has amazing stopping power and good range, its pretty good close range too. An all round beast of a weapon, oh well guess i'm gonna try ranking up faster to get it.
its not impossible but it just happens, i have gotten 25 kill streaks at least 6 or 7 times. But this kill streak seems stupid. It will be a rare occurrence, and i don't see why the game needs to end because of this. 25 is too many and this is too powerful, this seems as stupid an idea as death streaks.
I could see this IWnet system preventing any mods or such. Basically the only way you can get new maps is through IW and that means it will be paid DLC.
This sucks i'm really dissapointed in IW.
Its really useful to be able to decided upon a common game to play when in a party and such, much faster than messages.
yes there are games where it would be annoying, but i would simply ignore requests if i was playing a single player game.
If you dont' want the feature then don't use it.
Multiplayer is fun, I enjoy playing it, its really deep too, and the mix of platforming with gunplay in mutliplayer is great.
you can probably grab an early copy from pacific mall like i did.

This game has amazing humour and its made by Tim Schafer.
yes the gameplay and camera might not be the best but the world and the characters will be really funny.
The demo was great, even if you aren't a metal fan its just fun to see this new world, a crazy one only tim schafer could make.

I have a pc, 360 and ps3. The pc is a graphical powerhouse and has great games, and a better community in general. However I have many moer freinds who play on 360 and i am a beast at cod4 on 360 so I play that most of the time(i have cod4 on pc, i'm ok at i). my pc has TF2 and L4D which i occasionally enjoy too. My ps3 has amazing exclusives which makes it worth its price. All in all i enjoy them all, though i get the most use out of the 360 because of xboxlive and freinds having it.
MW2 is not the same stuff again as COD4. yes the graphics aren't that much bettter, but the game's single player looks much more colourful, and frankly more of the same is good when it comes to Cod4's single player. They also removed unlimited spawning, so that'll be way less annoying on veteran. I don't get the hate for Cod4's single player. It was epic, awesome, and filled with amazing set pieces,tight action and amazing pacing. The pacing of the game is what really made me love it so ...
BUT I'll make sure to get the word around on brutal legend amongst so i can atone from buying from activision. I'll probably buy 2 copies of brutal legend, one for myself, one for a freind
Valve is giving DLC for L4D and they have promised more.
remember survival pack dlc? how come everybody's forgotten about that
that mode is tons of fun and adds many hours to the game. how many other developers would add something like that for free? complainers need to chill, L4D is still gonna be supported.

I think its better to buy it for the Pc because valve usually gives a lot of free updates and such. it's 10 bucks cheaper on the pc and free updates make it better than the 360 version.
Microsoft is a corporation not a religion or country that you give your loyalty towards. It cares only about the money you have in your pocket. So does Sony(though a little less greedy).

xboxlive is like a nanny state, except you pay for it. I prefer Psn now after 2.4
If you had you'd know the context, after you play the game you'll understand that part better....
Also you don't have to mow down any civilians you can just observe..... thats what i did. I shot randomly at the wall away from civies so i wouldn't look suspicous either.
But that scene was extremely disturbing, i wont deny that, but it serves its purpose and gets you to think.
