Sony definitely favor and loves power ps1 ps2 ps3 ps4 were the most powerful console when they came out and ps5 wont be different. But after ps3 they made a pack with third party developers that they will first aim to make their next consoles easier to develop for then aim for power. Hence they went for a moderate ps4 in term of power skipping the cell architecture to favor multiplatform developers into developing their games for xbox and pc.

I could use my brother laptop but very inconvenient i definitely dont like pc they are way to buggy. Plus i dont even need to own a pc to play this game or any other pc or xbox game actually, i forgot I could use my shield tv to stream the game at 1080p with steam.
