And while you're at it you can explain to us all why the gap in install base isn't getting any smaller even though as you put it the "x360 is always dead last in WW sales which matter".

So it doesn't matter which numbers you go with it's still the same conclusion for the PS3.
It's good to see they will be implementing a hardcore mode:
"The hardcore mode has been designed as an answer to a community request. When designing the multiplayer game our team wanted to provide a balanced experience for most gamers. However some players were seeking and expecting a more realistic experience.
The addition of a “hardcore” setting, available in every game mode, will have many consequences:
A new damage model will be applied with increased damage...
PS3 fans love to break sales down by region it's the only way they can support their fantasy.
Winning by region means jack when you're last in worldwide sales every month like the PS3 is also Halo Wars was never hailed as the great console mover as Killzone was, so it's current sales performance is as expected.
World Chart is up no need to break it down by region. Unless of course PS3 fans want to post some Japanese figures to make it look like the PS3 isn't coming last. http://n4g.com/NewsPendingC...
Yep, as expected Empire Total War & Killzone dropped hard this week.
Dutch Charts 14/03/2009
1 - EMPIRE TOTAL WAR (PC)
2 - WII FIT (Wii)
3 - KILLZONE 2 (PS3)
4 - MARIO & SONIC AT THE OLYMPIC GAMES (Wii)
5 - MARIO POWER TENNIS (Wii)
6 - TOM CLANCY'S HAWX (PS3)
7 - HALO WARS (XBOX 360)
8 - TOM CLANCY'S HAWX (XBOX 360)
9 - SPORTS ISLAND (Wii)
10 - MARIO KART (Wii)
Being generous I'd say 300k.
I think that goes without saying.
How much by this week? Definitely not enough to make any kind of difference to Killzone's chances of being the console mover it was hailed to be.
Well I guess this puts all those "but Killzone only had 2 days sales" and "just wait till March" comments to rest. Even though these numbers aren't entirely accurate they are close enough to give a clear indication of what to expect.
I thought this was suppose to be the year of the PS3.
Like that will make a difference cause whether you accept it or not VGChartz's guesstimates so far give a clear enough indication that the PS3 will come last in worldwide sales again for the month of March.
If it's all about price then why is Wii still the king of the castle?
You're right it's not doing that bad for a system that was suppose to destroy the 360 in sales from day 1.
What's with the selective approvals?
