It's a wonderfully unique puzzle game full of exploration and clever secrets. The game even has its own alphabet and language you can decifer if you try hard enough

What they've "announced", is that the remastered maps feature rerendered geometry. This means that superbounces may, or may not, work as you remember.
However all button combo exploits such as sword/rocket lunging and BXR will work.

The directional driving guide being above the car and not on the street itself is certainly unique. I like it
Not to knock the game, but it was disappointing to not see any rain and lighting or hear any thunder during that large storm early in the demo

People have every right to be skeptical about this project, you should look into it more check out the AMA they recently did.
You should look a littler more into this project, there is plenty to be skeptical about. Read the AMA West Games recently did.

Overall, loading screens(watching your ship in orbit while waiting to go into warp space) has been drastically shortened as compared to the alpha.
I suspect the full game will reach an even shorter wait time.
