I guess Microsoft is betting the future will be mostly multiplayer, just like they bet the future would be Kinect. They need better prognosticators.
If you want realism in games, then I'd ask soldiers who were in combat first what realism is. In fantasy, sure, why not!!

The gameplay is stale because its been done over and over again, he doesn't mean performance. It it more of the same like all games lately.
No, no, no. Bad news all around. Whether a first generation Rysen chip is used or they go with a cpu/gpu single chip solution, it will either be old tech (1st gen 3 year old tech) or very limited graphics capability (combo cpu/gpu architecture). The only way to go is either wait for rysen 2 or separate the two. If Sony chooses one of the two options now it will impede the next generation gaming advancements.

It couldn’t even defeat Labo in Japan, having sold less than half the amount of Labos. Maybe because creativeness and ingenuity beat redundancy?

Microsoft has so many other avenues of revenue that gaming is not their priority. Sony has gaming and nothing else of profit. If Sony loses its focus on gaming, they won’t survive anywhere! Heck, Microsoft could just buy Sony if they wanted, their is so capital comparison between the two.
Microsoft has a platform not a system. Their platform destroys Sony's, and if you really wanted to count games being played on their platform, which you should because in the end it all about income, then you don't want to compare Sony to Microsoft. Consider yourself lucky they are quiet.
