I went ahead and took the leap and bought both DLC mappacks. Totally worth it.
Highrise is like a huge jungle gym in the city. It may be the best multiplayer map to date. And that's saying alot.
Betas are entirely overrated. Why spoil yourself of a game you are truly hyped for by playing a build that may be nowhere near what the final product would be while at the same time having your stats deleted completely just to start all over? I'd rather just wait for the retail release and not waste my time IMO.
I love the potential of Move, but I know as well as everyone else, we don't want the "same old same old" software and ports of the Nintendo Wii. We just don't. Been there, done that. We want something new. Like an Oblivion Style game with FULL Playstation Move Support. Get it Done Sony. We want "Next Gen" Type Motion Control Support, Not Just HD. Something new and something Creative. The New "Fighter" game is a start, but don't abandon the Move like you did the P...
The simple fact that you can't sprint and at times felt like we were playing in Slow-Mo left a bitter taste in my mouth. Of course, it doesn't deter me from enjoying the game for what it is.
Just bought the new and the old DLC after going back and playing Coop Arena and getting to round 9 where we battled 5 gatling gunners at once. Epic.
I agree. I loved the God of War collection because it brought me back to those days when bosses were tough but they didn't cheat. Sometimes it required trial and error but you the only you died is because of your own human error, which can be corrected.....Unlike the Sniper in the campaign of CoD: World at War where he shot you through two walls at times. Cmon, thats just not realistic. Just a couple of examples of things that stuck out for me.
"The difficulty is inconsistent, sometimes punishing players out of nowhere.
It's possible to miss key game items without even realizing it.
If you don't have a nostalgia for old school Zelda, it might not make sense."
None of these cons really are all that damning IMO. I like when games are hard. Games nowadays are WAYYYYYYY TOO EASY!!
BS1 is a classic, haven't gotten to the sequel yet.
ENOUGH LEGO ENOUGH GUITAR HERO ENOUGH ENOUGH ENOUGH ENOUGH!!!!
The milking of franchises completely ruins any fond memories i had of them.
picking up Treyarch's CoD for sure, i like what they did with World at War and Nazi Zombies. 3 in 2 years is ridiculous though and not a smart busineas move.
Enough with the FPS. The problem with Silent Hill: Homecoming wasn't that it WASN'T an FPS, it's just that it wasn't THAT GOOD.
Instead of making it more like a FPS, make it more like Dead Space. Problem Solved.
Work on MGS5, a true MGS4 sequel, not this spinoff multi-plat garbage.
Probably a great game, but it's on the Wrong System.
Paper Toss and Traffic Rush are the only ones i've tried out. Free games tend to get old very quick. If you have some extra crash, pick up GTA:China Town Wars or Plants Vs. Zombies. Both are worth the admission price.
Microsoft doesn't have to take advantage, but they do. That doesn't make MS any better.
demon souls wiki page is your best friend. do not melee that spider, instead range attack any way you can and bring a few "friends" (blue souls) if you can. cooperative play is to your advantage. good luck!
For a game that sold based on Word-Of-Mouth alone and a very limited supply of copies thats very good for a GREAT Action RPG.
Level 5 = WKC and Dark Cloud right? Do they have a separate studio for DS?
I've never tried a Monster Hunter Game but I think its about time. Looks great.
Game looks fantastic. I have to support unique games like this, which is why I don't mind paying full price. Yes it's paying homage but no, it's not a ripoff. Look deeper and you will see many differences.
