Congratulations, you have supported stagnation. Thanks to the blind supporters and success of the CoD franchise, countless developers have made generic FPS after FPS.

I haven't completely ignored the series but I will say this. I probably wouldn't give the game as much free time as I do if it weren't for most of my real life friends addicted to it like crack and for what reason who knows.

Uncharted is my favorite 3rd person shooter series this gen, followed by Gears and Warhawk.
ok so we all the campaign was weak, so was KZ3's, but does the multiplayer make it worth the asking price? I love Socom multi, I even found myself enjoying Confrontation after a couple patches.
At this point, I'd rather save my money for Twisted Metal, Uncharted 3, and Battlefield 3. MW3 better be a damn good game and a significant upgrade from BO and MW2.
Tribes did something similar to an FTP/RTS hybrid back on the PC in the 90's.
