Biggest problem for MS and Sony atm is the transport on the boats, if your consoles are still sitting in factories come mid October they will not be getting to the retail shops in time or amazon warehouses.
The que for the boats to dock at ports is crazy atm and they don't just go hey here is the sony and MS boats with consoles let them through, they have to que up in boat traffic lanes etc.

Extended warrenty is a rip off here in the UK at least , you can use certain laws here in the UK regarding Europe but I guess that will change with brexit.
But all electrical goods in the UK have 3 years warranty legally even though it says 1 year on the box.

I feel ya buddy, been playing golf games since links on pc, and I've yet to play a golf game where I can tee off at 7am with a beautiful morning mist across the course or lake with birds tweeting and a real sense of accurate wind etc.
