They should stop focusing on Japan so hard, leave it Microsoft. Focus on South America and the Caribean (population: 460 million), you're going to have MUCH BETTER ressults, believe me.
Japan evolved to a mobile only country, even the PS4/WiiU sells poorly.

if i had to bet, i'd say a new Nintendo console.
No backwards compatibility, cut the "Wii" from the roots, go back to the old and great Nintendo with all the third party games like SNES, best exclusives (Zelda, Metroid, F-Zero, Smash Brothers, Mario Sunshine 2, Mario "64" 2, StarFox, Wonderful 101 2, Luigis Mansion, StarWars Rouge, Eternal Darkness etc etc) at 1080P 60FPS (4TF GPU would do it) and Free Online play.
Xbox One becomes a PC with Windows 10, you can play all Xbox One Games and PC games, Steam, Origin etc. Basically, it turns into a Microsoft branded PC.
PC with Windows 10 can play all the Xbox One games with an integrated app.
Crossplay between Xbox One and PC
DX12 boosts 50% of graphic performance on Xbox One and all the DX11 VGA Cards.
If they are smart, that should be the future of Microsoft Windows and Xbox

more resolution, constant 60 frames per second, more complex engines, bigger worlds, more interactive enviroments, better IA, better textures and AA...
that will depend on the hardware, CPU, GPU and RAM.
All we need is a great hardware and a great controller (like the Xbox 360 controller) and that's it.

I hope Microsoft to catch up Sony, otherwise the future isn't going to be good for us, there will be no competition at all.
My hopes for Microsoft's E3 are:
1) Xbox One Kinect bundle price drop to $399
2) Announcement of an Xbox One "Core" edition withou Kinect for $299
3) Announcement of Kinect now available sepparatly for $99~$149
4) No more Xbox Live GOLD or such, just Xbox Live and go free like Steam, Origin, Upla...

Library and pricing are the only two things that matters,
If Microsoft makes a kinect less Xbox One bundle at $300 and cuts the price to $400 of the current bundle, then Xbox One is gonna be a true contender.
The Xbox brand can't be worse than now, so, maybe would be good for the brand if Spencer were the new CEO.
