am also having problems, but what i do is when the xbox is taking for ever to connect to xbl i just launch the game (COD4, iono about any other game) go into multiplayer and i successfully connect to xbl , but it takes a minute to get a match cuz the servers keep kicking me out everytime i try to join.

COD4 is awesome, but it does not get everything right. it has a short sp,the mp servers are kinda shiitty (360).i hate how the game ends when ever host quits. also hate when they put me in the losing team with like 10 seconds remaining.
