are really good developers, that's why u can't be sad that barlog or jaffe won't work on god of war 3, it seems as if the backbone of the series is the whole team not just one guy.
for a comment made by somebody in the gamer zone Sony still supports the PS2 not only because it sells but because it was the plan from the start.
Ms makes consoles that are strict with the 4-5 year life cycle, sony makes consoles built for the future.
In other words sony shares a lil bit more of appreciation for their consumers because they don't leave gamers in the dust with a new console every 4-5 years.
It's the same plan that sony is using now...

It's a strategy like MS had, they announced gears of war 2 after all those big ps3 titles were announced, now sony fortunatley saved one for later. :)

feature still needs work, it's good sony has'nt rushed it, it's not just another game, it's something that has not been done before on consoles.
I don't know if xbox360 shortages are really the main cause of the ps3 beating the xbox360, but sony's ps3 has really improved alot.
well, making it 300 bucks is always good for cnsumers, but it hurts sony, and it's something sony does'nt require at this moment to lead the competition, mgs4 bundle and all those hot titles are enough for sony in 2008.

you can't really argue that since they dominated with ps1 and ps2, and their ps3 which was said to be the next dreamcast and a faliure bounced back with no quality titles.
