Well I will predict that Xbox One will match PS4 on the US and might even overcome. Second UK and Europe will fall to the Xbox One, again for the same reason because of the two and one punch they did for this holiday. Great established games along with BC, you will see many of the 40% that migrated from the 360 to the PS4 will buy and Xbox One this season.
It still in its test faze and from the sound of it Digital Foundry stated that it its just a matter of time for the Xbox One to surpass the performance of the original 360 it just needs some tweaks. So please do not be so concerned it should be alright when they launch this holiday.
Sony will probably decline this feature stating that "this in the best interest for our customers."
Just FYI Shemue cost around 45 yo 50 million to make. Will Sony be able to make a jump. I think Sony has to much money invested in other projects so they are gauging still.
I agree with your statement, Shemue was incredible game...But it did not do so well because people thought the gameplay was so boring...I have where we have gone with gaming. Sony did no win the show...Microsoft BC won the show. Thanks to the news, we will see 100s of titles every month for Xbox one...And I can tell you right now the US will quickly become MS territory once again starting this Holiday. MS won for sure we will always remember this show because of BC, a turning point for Microsoft Xbox One. Not only did MS got home run with BC but it forced Sony to look like they are not for the players by not having a response. MS owned this E3 because the majority of the Media is talking about it and also people. I asked several friends about this show and all had mentioned BC.
Shemue for Xbox One is not counted out, FF7 will eventually come out Xbox One and the Last Guardian look old and dull. The only game really was Horizon. IF Xbox would have just come out that Xbox has BC it would have been enough...Just the fact that we are still talking about it and all the negative publicity of the fact that Sony cant do that will continue to ring all the way to the end of the year.
